- Ruzan always believes in generation “Y”.
- In her co. you would find 95% of her team to be fresher i.e. work force without experience.
- Normally all the cos. always look out for experienced people only. Ruzan looks out for fresher and gives them a chance/break in her co. to show there potential and come up in life.
- This in fact has greatly helped the fresher community to climb there first step in building up their careers and as we all know that how important and critical is this first step for a young student who is just stepping into the real world.
- This helps them to build up a strong foundation for their career and a strong foundation would be of a great boost to their future growth and a race well begun is as good as half won.
