- During her Wizz O Tech days when designers used to work on paper and canvas. She took the initiative of exposing them to computer designing.
- Gave them the necessary platform to exploit there potential and get introduced to the wonderful world of computer designing.
- When these designers did not even know how to use the mouse as there paint brush. Ruzan took special care to introduce them about the new upcoming computer techniques in designing.
- Thus this new learning experience gave the designers a great boost in there careers and as a matter of fact gave them a competitive edge against their other colleagues who did not have hands-on experience in using computers for designing.
