- Her electrician, wireman and helpers are even taught how to operate computer and send mails. She sees to it that all the work force in her co. gives in there best and slowly there level of delivering is increased which at a point of time gives them total job satisfaction and a sense of achievement, boosts there self esteem and confidence and in turn increase the productivity of the co.
